Challenge

Develop a distinctive visual identity for an international scented candle brand, combining a refined logo with bespoke candle personalization and packaging solutions to create a cohesive and memorable brand experience.

The visual identity is built around a distinctive pictogram that combines the brand’s ampersand with the stylized shape of a scented candle in its signature jar, creating a simple yet recognizable symbol that captures the essence of M&F Candles. Developed as a flexible visual element, the mark became the foundation for a broader identity system applied across the brand’s products and communication.

The identity was then extended to the personalization of the candles themselves, adapting the brand mark to different formats, collections, and product configurations. A range of packaging solutions was developed according to the specific type of candle and its intended method of commercialization, creating a consistent yet flexible system capable of accommodating different products and market requirements.

The same visual language was carried through to the brand’s official catalogues, designed to present the complete product range in a clear and refined way. Through the integration of identity, product personalization, packaging, and editorial design, the project creates a cohesive brand experience that connects the physical product with M&F Candles’ broader visual identity.
